Dhamaal: Sufi Musical Ecstacy 

Series of 15 to 30-second gifs recorded during ethnographic participation at the shrine of Shah Hussein, Madho Lal Hussein, in Lahore, Pakistan. Without the sounds, the viewer is free to imagine and project whatever rhythm she can onto the moving bodies.
